Directions For Use

Rotating the applications, apply 3-5g to stomach, neck, breasts, inner thighs and inner arms twice daily.

Ingredients/Material

Water, Dioscorea villosa (wild yam) root extract, glycerine, Vitex agnus castus (chaste tree) berry extract, capric/caprylic triglyceride, cetostearyl alcohol, stearic acid, ceteareth-20, canola oil, avocado oil, jojoba oil, chamomile flower extract, glyceryl stearate, vitamin E, phenoxyethanol, caprylyl glycol, honey rose oil.

I'm 43 and physically healthy but this product has really been such great support for me and I'll continue using it for the foreseeable future as I'm convinced in its ability to help realign the hormones in all hormonally struggling bodies, no matter the reason. It's not dangerous in any way, and I highly recommend it.

I read that it was good for calming what I call 'morning cortisol / heartbeat spikes' and have felt a marked improvement.
