great pain reliefI have been buying the 30 tablets from the supermarket, then I found that Pharmacy online stocks 90 tablet container, and only slightly dearer. What I find using activated curcumin tablets are only good for reducing inflammation especially at the knees, but the pain also goes if only for 6 - 8 hours and you get movement, I have two a day and that works well.
