Not Improved
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new improved formula is no where near as good as the old formula. I have a tube of he old and it is so much more moisturising than the new. The new seems to dry the lips out quicker, so you use more. Bring back the old formula or I will need to find an alternative.

Nivea deserves to be sued for false advertising
This rubbish reformulated lip balm lasts on your lips for 10 minutes then dries your lips out. No way did Nivea actually test these products out to make the 24 hour claim. This is a false lie and Nivea deserves to be sued for this false claim. It dries my lips out and doesn’t do anything. False advertising

new formula is SO bad
For so many years this was the only lip balm that would work for me because it was thick and stayed on my lips for a long time. This new formula is so bad, it’s too thin and oily and comes off straight away. I’ve managed to buy as many of the old formula lip balms I could find and now I’m running out and still have not found an alternative that is anywhere near as good as the old formula after looking for over 6 months and trying different brands. Bring back the old formula!

Bring back old formula
I have used this lip balm for years and years. I'd use nothing else. The new formula is terrible. Drys my lips out. Please please bring back the old formula.

New formula is atrocious
The new formula is so bad. It’s thin and greasy and has actually damaged my lips. I used to buy this product in bulk for years and now I will be looking for a new product to use. Please bring back the old formula!!!!

Terrible, worst lipbalm
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this at checkout as having dry lips for 1st time in years. Brand name said quality as well as I chose core and protect as just that. After applying at night and during night, I awoke with a much worse problem - totally chapped, peeling, sore lips. Will now have to find something to fix and tolerate terrible peeling for days. Feels like an acid facial. Will never recommend or use myself again.

Worst lip balm
I purchased this lip balm as my lips were dry and I was hoping this would relief them. Unfortunately it did the opposite and actually dried them out more and actually made them more sore.
I tried this lip balm again once my lips were healed as it was the only one I had in my bag at the time. Straight away it made my lips dry out again. I had to throw it in the bin.

New formula is terrible
I have used this lip balm for at least a decade now and it was always my go to. However the new formula is greasy and feels awful. I will not be purchasing it again and would not recommend it to anyone else. Why change something that had nothing wrong with it? (Let's be honest, it's always about 💰)
