Recommended dose:
Adults: 1 Tablet before bed.
Maximum 2 tablets daily
Children over 12 years: 1 Tablet before bed.

Each tablet contains:
Senna alexandrina extract equivalent dry leaf - 540mg
Equivalent sennoside B 12mg
Aloe barbadensis extract equivalent fresh leaf juice - 1g
- When taking laxatives, drink plenty of water and increase fibre in diet.
- If symptoms persist, seek medical advice.
- Do not take laxatives when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea. Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems.
