I have been taking Ostelin Vitamin D3 1000IU for more than a year now and feel better for it in as much as I do feel so achy in my bones. I wait for the larger bottle of 300 to come on special and then I am well stocked up for quite some time. Very easy way to get your Vitamin D3 boosted and then know I am protected from a deficiency. Another point to draw attention to also is it is a small capsule so easy to swallow for those who struggle with capsule or tablet size and you only need one a day.

Doctor's Orders - 1-A-Day
I'm almost a vampire - I HATE the feeling of sunlight on my skin, so I dart from one area of shaded cover to the next. I have fair, moley skin with a family history of melanomas & basal cell carcinoma skin cancers, so I slather on sunscreen daily. As expected, my doctor diagnosed a Vitamin D deficiency. When Caltrate + Vitamin D didn't bring my blood levels up to the desired range, my doctor suggested an extra, standalone Vitamin D tablet. I take Caltrate + D in the morning & Ostelin Vitamin D₃ at night. I've been on this dosage for years, & regular bloodwork shows I'm now within the healthy range.
The tablets are easy to swallow & don't repeat on me. Each Ostelin Vitamin D₃ tablet contains Colecalciferol 25 μg (micrograms), or 1000IU (International Units).

Have been taking this Ostelin Vitamin D3 1000IU for quite a while now as a blood test picked up that I had low Vitamin D and am assuming it is because I work in the basement area of a shopping centre and I do feel better since starting to take them. I only take one each day after breakfast. When I read the product description on the bottle I realized the added benefits I would receive from taking them as I have osteoporosis. They are very easy to consume because they are a small capsule and so easy to swallow.

1 tablet a day
I had low levels of vitamin d which was picked up in a blood test and my doctor asked me to start taking 1 of these Ostelin tablets per day. I take 1 after a meal with a full glass of water. They do have a gross smell but have no taste which is good. I find that my tummy tolerates them well and I don't have any soft of discomfort or side effect. Since taking these my levels have returned back to normal and although I don't feel any difference when I take these I know they are working due to my blood test results. They are always on sale at Chemist Warehouse so that's when I like to buy them. I usually get the 300 tablet bottle have been on these for a few years now.
