I'm not sure if the product substance has changed. I have been taking this product for many many years as it seemed to make a difference. Lately my nail growth is at a stand still and there is alot more breakage and my joints don't seen to enjoy the
same level of comfort when exercising. I buy it when it's on special so it represents good value. I would recommend it for you to try , maybe you might get a better result, however I will be looking to source a new product.
