Unfortunately the Tracker would not pair with my mobile phone. According to the instruction leaflet and web site, this problem can result from the use of a previous, different model of tracker, which in my case was relevant - I was updating from another brand. Despite my trying to factory reset etc, the problem could not be resolved.
I had a second problem - although the display was excellent, it could not be read in bright sunlight - which meant I could not read the time when outside walking etc in bright sunlight, so it wasn't effective as a watch for me. However; I could not be more positive, appreciative, of the way the company dealt with this. Beatrice was courteous and helpful, and when I requested to return the device, and to obtain a refund, the process was speedy and efficient.
