Apply to the skin in generous amounts over all of the exposed areas 20 minutes before sun exposure, it should be reapplied every two hours or more often when sweating and should be reapplied after swimming or toweling

Avoid contact with food and food utensils, spectacle frames, soft plastics or synthetic fibres, timber fittings, and furniture. Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun. Wear protective clothing, hats and eyewear when exposed to the sun. Limit use if pregnant. For sensitive skin, test the product for any skin irritation on a small area of skin first. If skin irritation and a rash develop, discontinue use and seek medical advice.
- Deet Warning: May be dangerous, particularly to children, if used in large amounts on the skin, clothes, or bedding, or on large areas of the body, especially if you keep using it for a long time.
- First Aid: If poisoning occurs, contact a doctor or the Poisons Information Centre. Phone Australia 131126, New Zealand 0800 764 766. Storage & disposal keep out of reach from children. Keep in an upright position, in a cool dry place. Store below 30°C in a closed original container. Dispose of bottles by putting in garbage.

Dual usage
Rid sunscreen combined with insect repellent works for me as I spend most days working in the garden for many hours. I live in a hot climate and we have plenty of flies and mozzies so it works effectively as a repellent and sunscreen.

I bought his for when I am playing golf. I find it great for keeping the flies away as well as providing a sunscreen.
