Before usage, make sure the product fits well in the shoe, if necessary remove the existing insole. The heel of the insole should be placed against the back of the shoe and if required, trim the end to the desired size following the guidance lines on the product.
For some people, orthotic insoles may take time to feel comfortable. Feet need to get used to the structural properties of the insole, so a break in period may be necessary. If needed, build use gradually by wearing the In-Balance Orthotic Insoles for an increasing number of hours each day until you can wear them all day.

just doenst fit the shoewhy are the arch support insole so undersize compare to the rest of your products? they float around in the bottom of the shoe and become uncomfortable because they move out of the correct postion amd when walking on the edge of the sole they become very uncomfortable. stop remove shoe, repostion insole put back on and 30 minute later they are back to having the edge under the heel... are they meant to stop before the toes too if so why so???

Comfort on a budget[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised as to how instantly comfortable the Scholl In-Balance Arch Orthotics were, I thought it might take a little while to get used to them but they gelt good straight away, in fact my shoes felt far more comfortable than before putting them in.
