Mag Phos.I have been using tissue salts for many years and they work better than all other meds.

Salt substitute for cramps.I've been using theses Magphos tablets for years for extreme cramps in leg calves.
They are terrific and relieve cramps within minutes. I use these daily instead of table (refined) salt which i have cut out completely and use these instead as advised by my G.P. as a substitute for necessary essential salt intake.

Great muscle relaxerHave used Mag Phos for years as I usually wake up to cramps in my legs every morning. Have found the Mag Phos really relieves the cramps within 10 to 15 minutes. Happy with this products.
