Get a toilet stool!
I have severe gut issues !!! But this stool does help!! I use it every single time I need to go to the bathroom. I would recommend to anyone with or without gut issues as anyone could benefit from this nifty tool !

Feeling Glamourous using my Squatty Potty!
Not the most glamourous topic ha ha, but I absolutely love my Squatty Potty. Definitely makes the job easier and I love how it tucks neatly out of the way. Quite the time saver, if you know what I mean? Great for painting toenails too while you sit on the loo!! :-)
