Gentle Facial Scrub
I have always had extremely oily skin and the Sukin Oil Balancing range is the best product I have found that works well for me. It has become a necessity in my every day skincare routine.
I really wanted to like this product but it just isn’t my favourite. Even though this facial scrub isn’t harsh to the skin and left my skin feeling soft and exfoliated after using, it left an unclean feeling on the skin that made me feel like I needed to wash my face again with cleanser.
I probably wouldn’t purchase this product again for myself.
More positively, this product is Australian made, uses natural ingredients, is cruelty free and vegan!

It's good if you're after a very gentle scrub
I liked it but it is not a very grainy type of scrub so it is probably most suited to those looking for a very gentle, barely there, kind of scrub (more of a cleanser really). It is most suitable for those with combination/oily skin. It helped me with limiting my oily T-zone shine. I also found it to be a good consistency although it was a bit tricky to wash off sometimes. That is the biggest problem with this product, it just doesn't wash off easily and can take some time. While I would have liked for it to be more grainy, the scrub is a nice enough product for regular use, and mostly does what it promises. I think it can also be used as a face mask as it really does help with shine control and in many ways is probably better suited for that purpose. I liked using this scrub in conjunction with the Sukin oil control moisturiser. I do not think the product refined my pores but it did help with shine control, so largely met my expectations. I would have liked to see a very grainy scrub though as this product is more of a gentle cleanser with a small amount of grains and does not really deliver what a scrub typically intends to do. I did like the size of the product and packaging, as with other Sukin products, it also has natural ingredients which is a big bonus for me, as is too the really affordable price. It is worth a try, particularly if you are after a product that suits sensitive or combination-oily skin and prefer gentle scrubs with all natural ingredients. I use it several times a month, even though I prefer another brand for a deep scrub.

Gentle and efficient
Sukin's Pore-refining Scrub ticks all the boxes for me: it's easy-to-use, efficient, and has a definite earth scent. It comes in a black plastic tube that doesn't take up much space in the shower, but the size is still generous enough that it lasts for a while.
The scrub itself is creamy and dark grey, with small black beads. I really appreciated the creamy texture and that it's non-drying. I find that the beads are just right: I have to apply some pressure to get the scrubbing, but it's not too abbrasive. I liked the results, as I did notice some reduction in blackheads, especially when I apply it in combination with a good claymask.
Personally, I really liked this scrub, as I already had a thorough routine with chemical exfoliants and cleansing masks, so a gentle scrub was a really nice addition, especially because I much prefer earthy scents over sweet ones. I'd definitely buy it again.

LIQUID PLATINUM - Gentle enough to use every other day'
This product is another favourite mainstays in getting the best out of my skin - being mid 40's male and having suffered Previously from teen years problematic issues - from redness' sensitivity' combination - oily to dry issues - I have never had the same consistent success with any other product brand than this - The Charcoal Based - Oil Balancing Mattifying series is number one for me and a Tried' Tested & True Australian Made Great that has been a regular fixture on the shelves of most Good Pharmacies and now Supermarkets for the long term. I always stock up on the special offers, % offs and when it becomes available in the value kit form of 3 full size products Cleanser / Scrub / Mattifying Moisturiser - with the Toner and Mask as optional extras - this Series and the Sukin Men's series are the Best I have found to date!

This was a nice product but i did have mixed feelings about it. It had a nice texture and it was just gritty enough (i tend to like the more textured scrub). I felt like it had an odd smell but it didn't bother me enough not to use it because my skin felt so nice and smooth after.

Gentle cleansing scrub
This scrub is very gentle but after it is used skin is noticeably smoother and cleaner.
I don't really like the smell of the charcoal but it is not too overpowering and definitely worth it because it really does work well.
I sometimes leave it on for a few minutes to let the ingredients soak in for extra cleansing like a mask.

Not grainy enough and dried out my skin
My skin tends towards combination/dry rather than combination/oily so this probably wasn’t a great purchase for me but I’m a sucker for charcoal and loved the rest of the ingredients, so thought I’d give it a go. This was a pretty bad decision on my part. The packaging of the product is a nice black tube, and the actual product is a nice subtle smelling grey scrub in which you can definitely smell the active ingredients but it’s not overwhelming. Unfortunately I didn’t really find the scrub to be grainy enough, and while it was gentle on the skin it didn’t really feel like an exfoliator. The product is pretty thin and watery instead of a thicker gel that I was expecting. That said, the only real difference I saw was that it dried my skin out pretty badly.For a pore refining scrub it didn’t really impact on my pores at all and if you don’t really have oily skin then I definitely wouldn’t recommend using it more than once a week. Not going to be a repurchase unfortunately.

Saved my oily skin.
This product along with the 'Mattifying Facial Moisturise' in the same line save my oily skin, it really helped my acne and getting rid of excess oil that was causing congested pores and pimples. It has a really nice natural smell. It gets read of all the dead skin and makes my face feel really soft.
