Did not work. Left humiliated.I have purchased these before and they worked great... I am not sure why this time, they where terrible... They were worn góing out and the person female they were purchased for was shocked and terribly embarrassed and humiliated as urine just pour down the inside legs, the edges of the pants helped not one bit and no they were not inside out .... It was dreadful as she has decided not to go out again....

Tena DiscreetNot happy at all with this product. Had used the size L, this was too loose. So chose size M. This was much too small and didn't even reach near my waist. Not comfortable, kept riding down.
