I feel satisfied, alert, this is not a corner shop milk shake. It is a healthy alternative to thinking up another well balanced meal! It works, I use water and blend it with an electric blender. I also drink at least two litres of water. I would recommend this product just be real with taste and texture it's so much better than junk eating."
