Adults take 1-2 capsules up to three times a day, with or without food.
Each vegetarian capsule contains: Astragalus membranaceus root extract dry conc. 100 mg, from 1.5 g dry root, Withania somnifera root extract dry conc. 50 mg, from 600 mg dry root (Ashwagandha), Schisandra chinensis fruit extract dry conc. 50 mg, from 250 mg dry fruit, Platycodon grandiflorus root extract dry conc. 50 mg, from 500 mg dry root (Balloon Flower), Lentinul edodes fruiting body extract dry conc. 50 mg, from 500 mg dry fruiting body (Shiitake), Trametes versicolor whole plant extract dry conc. 25 mg, from 250mg dry whole plant (Turkey-Tail), Ganoderma lucidum fruiting body extract dry conc. 14.3 mg, from 500 mg dry fruiting body (Reishi), Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 125 mg, Zinc (from Zinc Citrate Dihydrate) 7.5 mg, Selenium (from Selenomethionine) 12.5 micrograms

This medicine contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of Selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
