Recommend placing product in a delicates washing bag. Machine wash in cold water, Drip dry. Do not wring, twist, tumble dry, bleach or dry in direct sunlight.
Place injured arm in the blue pouch with strap running behind back and crossing over shoulder on the opposite side of the neck to injured arm. Thread end straps through metal loops, position shoulder pad and affix shoulder strap length so that the arm is resting in a comfortable position.
