Does a better job than Duodart!
When I asked for an alternative to Duodart, my Dr. recommended Flowmaxtra. This is the drug Tamsulosin of which it comprises half the total of Duodart. Because it is more expensive, the Govt. will not incude it on the PBS. This makes it 7 times the price of Duodart but is worth it if youcan afford. I found it does produce a better, easier, longer flow when needed at night.
